Today I finally decided/felt like it was time to start planting some flowers in our backyard. Living in Central Oregon I feel like we have to wait longer to do any gardening or planting because it still gets so cold at night. However, with the beautiful weather we had this weekend I couldn't wait any longer. Today I gave myself permission to purchase flowers and plant 1 of my many pots. Cade and I walked around the gardening center at Fred Meyer for about an hour trying to decide what flowers to get. I always have a vision of what I want the arrangement to look like but usually can never quite get it right.... until today!I am VERY happy with the flowers I selected and love the way they look in the pot!
Little by little I will get my other pots planted as well. Flowers are expensive, especially when you like your pots jammed packed with color like me :)

that looks really good Megan, wish i had some flowers. But it would just look funny with my dead grass everywhere. I love the header too. How did you say you did that?
