Tackle-It Tuesday: Organize Cade's Clothes

I have been putting off this little task for a while now. But today I got annoyed with the fact that each time I opened Cade's closet, clothes would come spewing out. So I went to Walmart and got some storage containers and began digging through all his old clothes that don't fit anymore. I organized them according to size and put the different sizes in separate containers and even labeled the containers with the appropriate size. Now there are no more clothes on the floor or over flowing out of his closet.
I have my mother to thank for my ability to organize. Thanks mom!!
Going through all those clothes made me so sad at how big Cade has gotten, and so fast! I was "folding" (as good as you can fold NB cloths) the outfit we brought him home in and I couldn't believe he actually used to fit in it

Just fyi...if you buy his diapers from Costco (which after size 3 you totally should) those big Huggies boxes work GREAT for storing clothes. That's what I use. Hey, the bins are nice too...just a little budget tip:)

Oh my word, you should see Boone's pile. It's been growing for a couple months now, I just haven't put them in anything yet! I REALLY need to! You've inspired me...I'll do it today!

you need to put the outfit that you brought him home in, in his baby box. I did that with my boy's.

Good for you! I have my bins all organized the same way. I just did that yesterday with all Jude's clothes. Sure does feel nice to get things organized. It's nice when they are older too because then they don't go through the clothes quite as fast.

Wow Meg good job. I am starting to do that with all of Owen's clothes. It feels so good to get organized. Thank you for the clothes you gave Owen.
