This Weeks Menu

Ok ladies here is the Mackeson Menu for this week. I hope it helps with the daunting task of compiling you families meals! As you will find, most of our meals are Paleo and probably sound weird but they are super yummy & filling.

Dinners:
Applesauce

Green beans


Broccoli
Oranges

Tacos
(grass fed beef, tomatoes, avocados, peppers, olives wrapped in lettuce)

Lunch:

Italian Sub roll
(olives, lettuce, pepperoncini, wrapped in salami, ham & pepperoni)

Apple chicken sausage sauteed w/ zucchini

LO's (leftovers)

Breakfast:
Ham, applesauce, almonds


Eggs & avocados


Snacks:
Nuts
Beef Jerky
Banana w/ almond butter
