A Tasty Treat

Plum Sauce
1/2 cup plum preserves
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup apricot preserves
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. apple juice
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 garlic clove, minced
In a small saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered for 10 min.
So far we have had this sauce over Pork and Chicken and it so yummy. Next I'm going to try it over some salmon!
