Yummy Potatoes

Parmesan Potato Wedges

6 med baking potatoes or red potatoes
1/3 C. butter, melted
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, crushed

Cut each potato lengthwise into eight wedges. In a large zip lock bag or bowl stir together butter, garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper. Add potato wedges and shake/stir to thoroughly coat. Place wedges in a baking pan lined with parchment paper or foil.

Bake uncovered in a 425 degree oven about 35 min.
