This weekend Jenna came to visit. Each time we spend the weekend together we try to have some sort of project to do together. We have made curtains and earring and this year we tackled a bag by Amy Butler. It ended up being quite a challenge and very time consuming. We spent Friday evening cutting out our pieces and all afternoon/evening Saturday working on sewing the bags. Jenna brought her sewing machine so we could each be working on them at the same time, however she forgot her presser foot at home! (just a minor detail) So we ended up sharing my machine which took a lot longer. But if it wasn't for Jenna and her great sewing skills I probably wouldn't have been able to complete the bag by myself so I was very greatful we worked on them together!!
